Empowering Mental Wellness
Our Services
Our integrative psychotherapy blends a warm, person-centered foundation where you are seen, heard, and accepted without judgment with a focus on attachment-informed healing that helps you understand and shift long-standing patterns in relationships and emotional life; through this compassionate and flexible approach, your therapist meets you where you are, supports your autonomy, and draws on evidence-informed tools tailored to your needs so you can build secure connection, greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful growth in a safe and collaborative therapeutic space.
For those seeking integration therapy-Psychedelic integration therapy is the supportive, therapeutic work that happens after (and often around) a psychedelic experience, helping you process and make sense of what you felt, saw, and learned and use those insights in your everyday life; it involves reflective, non-judgmental dialogue with a trained therapist where emotions, insights, challenges, and realizations from the psychedelic experience are explored and connected to your personal goals, patterns, and relationships so that lasting growth, healing, and behavioral change can occur rather than the experience fading into memory.
SLIDING SCHEDULE AVAILABLE
Are you curious about cannabis as medicine? Cannabis consultations will involve a harm reduction discussion around your needs and finding the right cultivars to best meet your needs, as well as types of products and brands that offer clean healthy products in your local dispensaries. Harm reduction tools will be addressed.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is offered with support of several Seattle area medical clinics and combines prescription ketamine with structured psychotherapy to help people move through treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns by accessing emotional material, shifting rigid thought patterns, and increasing neuroplasticity in a supportive clinical setting; clients begin with medical and therapeutic intake and preparation, have ketamine sessions in a safe, private environment, and then work with their therapist in integration sessions to explore insights from their experiences and connect them to lasting change in their daily lives, relationships, and sense of self.
Some of the KAP appointments maybe billed to insurance with some out of pocket expenses. Contact for more information.
